1) Social casino only (no real‑money gambling)

• The Service is a social casino lounge for entertainment. Gameplay uses virtual coins/credits only.
• Virtual coins have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and cannot be withdrawn or transferred for real‑world value.
• No prizes of real‑world value are offered through gameplay. Outcomes are for entertainment and do not indicate future success in any real‑money gambling.

2) Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the Service. We may request age verification and may suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement.

3) Accounts & security

• You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping credentials confidential.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4) Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots/automation, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service.
• Do not post unlawful, abusive, hateful, or infringing content, or attempt to access others’ accounts or data.
• We may remove content and restrict access to protect users and the Service.

5) Virtual currency & in‑app purchases (if offered)

• Virtual items are licensed to you for use within the Service, not sold, and remain non‑transferable and non‑redeemable.
• Purchases (if available) may be processed by third‑party platforms; their terms and billing rules apply.
• All sales are final to the extent permitted by law; refunds may be available where required under New Zealand law or the applicable platform’s policies.
• We may adjust, suspend, or discontinue virtual items/features, including for fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations.

6) Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Service, including software, content, and trademarks. You receive a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive licence to use the Service for personal, non‑commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.

7) User content

If you submit content (e.g., chat messages), you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free licence to host, display, reproduce, and moderate that content for operating and improving the Service. You must have rights to content you submit.

8) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error‑free functionality, or that virtual items will always be available.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law.

10) Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access (and adjust virtual balances) if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, engaged in fraud/chargebacks, or pose risk to the Service or others. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12) Governing law & jurisdiction (New Zealand)

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You agree to the non‑exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
